Ineed is a two-sided service marketplace with dedicated mobile apps for clients and professionals. I shaped the user experience and interface design for both sides, taking the product through two distinct design phases — an initial concept and a polished release version.
— Reflection
This project taught me the value of iteration at scale. The first version established the core flows, but the release version refined every interaction based on real user feedback. The biggest lesson was that a marketplace needs to build trust on both sides simultaneously — users need to trust providers, and providers need to trust the platform.
